What to Expect from our Medical Terminology Course:

The course is designed to provide content to meet the needs of the Medical Terminology course for a variety of allied health programs. Content presented in the product is mapped to all NHA test plans for allied health credentials, including the CBCS, CCMA, CEHRS, CET, CMAA, CPCT, CPhT, and CPT exams.

Medical Terminology consists of 16 modules. The first three modules introduce basic concepts of

Medical Terminology.

The remaining modules present the common medical terms by body system,

beginning with the integumentary system and then progressing through the skeletal, muscular,

nervous, special senses, endocrine, cardiovascular, blood and immunity, respiratory, digestive, urinary,

male, and female reproductive systems.

Each module in the product includes the same components.

Better engagement leads to better retention and higher pass rates. Students stay engaged with varied interactive practice activities that are interwoven alongside module content throughout the course.
